If you wish to deepen your yoga knowledge and transform your practice to make it more functional and useful in daily life, I strongly recommend you this training. Beyond all undeniable mental virtues of the practice of yoga, consciousness and functional adaptation of the physical movements will contribute to the body longevity.This is why alignment is truly important.

If you teach yoga, your knowledge will help you guide your students on the mat in a more precise way. Beyond the experience of a class you are teaching them, you are educating them by encouraging them to develop physical consciousness and placement.

You will learn:
-to place yourself correctly in the poses
-to understand the axis of the body and their use
-to enter poses in an active way and in a passive way, and why both approaches are complimentary
-to guide your students in a more precise and effective way

Alignment is really important when we wish to transform and advance our physical practice of yoga. In fact, it connects us to our body on a deeper level and allows us to discover new feelings and sensations.
Thanks to the study of the poses in detail, you will understand how to approach each pose and how to practice it. This happens by bringing more consciousness in the poses that we develop an advanced practiced, not because we are able to hold a handstand (although both can be related).

These very complete training videos were recorded with lots of love in the hope to support you on the path of a more functional and more conscious yoga practice. There are the fruit of years of training (+1000 hours) and discipline.

You will need a few months to integrate all the information and include it in your own practice. The path of yoga (physical practice or not) is filled of experimentation, discovery and questioning; this is what makes it so beautiful.

This training is composed of individual videos for each pose studied. The training will be taken on this platform freely with unlimited access (the videos can not be downloaded). Thus you are free to watch the videos at your own rhythm.

For every subscription, 40 euros will be donated to the foundation KARUNA SHECHEN by Matthieu Ricard which provides education and medical assistance for families in isolated places.
